Yin Yoga

Find your edge! This class is great for working on increased range of motion, improving your flexibility, and lubricating your joints. Add a little spice to your yoga routine as we turn up the heat while holding each pose for longer periods of time allowing us to get into the deeper fascia of our muscles. No experience is necessary, all are welcome.

Sunday Reset Ritual

Deeply relax and destress in this yoga class where we focus on active relaxation. Feel your body completely supported with bolsters and props to help release all tension while we hold poses for an extended period of time. In this class we use props likes bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, and eye masks. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome.
